When you visit Harvest, you’ll meet a community of Jesus followers who have been together for 30 years. Through the years, families have faithfully raised their children together, studied the Bible, prayed, and served the people of Orange County. We are passionate about making disciples of the next generation and leading followers of Jesus to impact Irvine, Orange County, and the world.

MEET OUR STAFF

Kevin McGill

LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Kevin has served in pastoral ministry for nearly twenty years. A native of central California, he comes from a family passionate about creativity and the church and is passionate about the power of story through God’s Word. He enjoys writing, traveling internationally with his wife and son, running, and, most recently, 3D printing.

Jerry Low

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Pastor Jerry is one of the founding members of Harvest and holds a Master of Theology degree from Talbot Theological Seminary. In addition to loving Jesus, he is passionate about his family, playing guitar and spending time with his two grandchildren.

Amanda Chan

WORSHIP/YOUNG ADULT DIRECTOR

Amanda grew up in Texas and developed a passion for music at a very young age. A newlywed and recent graduate of Cal Baptist University, she is passionate about the next generation and is excited to see how God will use the next generation for His glory.

Nick Wang

YOUTH DIRECTOR

Nick was born and raised in Irvine and has been serving in youth ministry since he was in youth ministry himself. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree from Talbot Theological Seminary and is passionate about sharing the Gospel with young people in a way that is accessible, relevant, and meaningful.

Polly Cheng

CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR

Polly graduated from CSULB with a degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She's worked in graphic design for over eight years then spent time being a stay-at-home mother. She's been a part of Children's Ministry for many years and also directed VBS for over six years. She enjoys all things crafting & designing, loves ice cream and enjoys baking & visiting National Parks.

Alfred Hsi

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Alfred and his family have been attending Harvest since 2007. Alfred has been serving at Harvest through his gifts of giving, service, mercy, administration – and tech support for anything with a plug.

Jack Ratanapratum

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jack's professional background is in design, film, photography, and studio management. He came from a creative corporate environment and the mortgage industry. He has theology and business management degrees. He also helped with a church plant in Orange County after moving from Hawaii, where he led worship and helped with youth ministry.

Marissa Chow

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Marissa has been part of the Harvest family since 1996. She loves spending time with her family, belly-aching laughter, playing guitar, distance running, road trips, acai bowls, chocolate, and organizing things.
